Conor Houston is a professional guitarist and vocalist based in London, UK. Originally from Sheffield, Conor’s distinct style was borne out of a hunger to work in a range of musical situations, and an openness to learning from his collaborators.
Conor has worked with some of the UK’s best musicians, performing extensively across the UK, US and Europe. Highlights include South by Southwest showcases and an appearance on US talkshow 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ with Jetta, and numerous sold-out theatre runs with the production The 27 Club. Most recently, Conor has fronted concerts with The Beatles Project, presenting The Beatles’ seminal White Album alongside a 30-piece orchestra and band.
Since 2015, he has also consistently written, recorded and released original solo material. Taking on a multi-instrumentalist role, Conor explores rock, pop and electronic styles, with a dash of jazz to taste. His material has gone on to receive airplay from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X.
The diversity of Conor’s experience has led him to develop versatility, intuition, and the unique blend of musicianship and showmanship which he implements today.
