"Harder Than You Eat": A Manly Conversation
Three men gather round the grey table at 12:03pm.
Eat everything in moderation, make sure you get your protein, and train harder than you eat. It's such a simple concept.
One of the men is eating chicken and eggs every day, but in a nice way, on multigrain toast with just like a bit of ketchup or summat.
Another has tendinitis from training too hard.
The third one has a lump.
